Sonic Returns Alive and in one piece

Sonic finished 103 miles and returned alive and in one piece. My battery was completely dead so I could not take pictures of me carrying her out to her mother, but we were unable to fool her mother. Hopefully, she will be posting pictures of our trip soon.

Sonic (AKA Baby Bear) had a great time on the AT, but said it was challenging. On some days, her backpack felt heavy and the terrain was difficult. A few nights were very cold.

Papa Bear and I are very grateful that you gave our Baby Bear this opportunity to walk the first 102.8 miles with you. We hope that she didn't slow you down too much.

Thank you and good luck as you continue northward toward Maine. We will continue to follow your journey.
