Delicious Recipe References

I highly recomend "The Eat a Bug Cookbook". It features some salubrious and mouth-watering recipes.
Here are a few examples:
Cream of Katydid soup
Curried Termite stew
Three bee salad
Ant jemima's buckwheat-bug griddle cakes
Cockroach a La King
Sweet and Sour silkworm
Pest-O

Enjoy!

Cream of Katydid sounds interesting... Do bugs qualify as vegetarian?

No bugs do not qualify as vegetarian. Joe will have to resort to eating anything he can find to make a meal, such as 3 Bean Chipmunk Chili, which by the way is delicious! And the added bonus is that he'll have lots of chipmunk pelts to make a nice warm coat or loin cloth.

It would take a lot of chipmunks to make him a coat, just for the sleeves alone.

Chipmonk whisperers to not eat chipmonks!

Chipmunk Whisperers could catch them easier, no difficult hunting, just call them over to you :)

I'm thinking of making a live chipmonk coat. I can train the chipmonks to climb over me when needed, and then they can scavange when I no longer need their warmth. And a live chipmonk coat will provide at least 10 x the warmth of a dead chipmonk coat.

Now that's just silly Joe. Live chipmunk coat indeed. People would talk and point at you. Esp while wearing live chipmunk loincloth. Sometimes I just don't know where you come up with these things!
