Pictures
A couple buttons on my phone stopped working. I can no longer take photos. The phone was in my pocket and I did not drop it. Heather says that the Altel people say there must be a disconnection somewhere. I'm not sure what I will do about exchanging the phone. It looks like I will not be posting pictures for a while.

dang. they've been just gorgeous; i've loved looking at all the pictures. now i'll have to use my imagination. it's cool to hear the progression of you, road rash and thoughtfoot.
Hey Joe! Just found the site...im slow with emails too... I'm so happy for you! This is too exciting.. Im trying to read everything but its hard to catch up!
As for your phone.... CALL customer service and inform them of the situation. Ask if they can do the following:
1. Speak with a tech and have them email you the *cab file for the camera driver. if it is a *cab you can install it direct from your phone
2. Tell them you need them to send you a new one (as you are on the trail) and tell them to ship it to one of the ranger stations.
This is good advertising for them to have your pictures on this blogsite from their phone- someone like me looking for a new phone would love to see what yours can do, and what good is it if it's broken?
