Mexican Hot Chocolate Cake

You missed a good cake today. I'll have to make another one when you get back to the office. The frosting is right up you alley (although it has 1/3 the sugar and half the butter than the fudge frosting you like). It has a little spice to it.

Hey are you trying to rot out Ol' Toothless Joe's one good tooth?

I did get to try the frosting,and it was heavenly. I could eat a bucket of it with a spatchula. The perfect blend of my favorite things, chocolate and hot pepper. Tadpole, will you be my wife?

Mexican Hot Chocolate Frosting

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 stick unsalted butter, softened
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups powdered sugar, sifted
3 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted

Blend cream cheese and butter together with electric mixer on medium speed. Add cayenne and cinnamon, blend thoroughly. Add salt, vanilla, and powdered sugar, blend until combined. Add in melted chocolate and blend until thoroughly combined.

Well, I would rather see a bald guy than one with a bad comb-over, so I guess the same could apply to teeth...
